This month I’m focusing on my favourite mindfulness and meditation apps;
First up is Forest.
I love this app, it stops me from looking at my phone every 5 mins!
Next is Insight Timer
I couldn’t be without this app now and is an integral part of my daily life, meditation and relaxation practice.
There’s something for everyone, whether it be Guided Meditations, Timed Meditations and Groups so you can chat with like-minded people if you wish.
I would seriously check it out!
