This month I’ve been reading books which look at the power of the mind. Whether we can harness it to change habits or realise it’s potential to affect our physical being; these books give a great insight into what we probably have always known.
First up is Cure by Jo Marchant. It is a New York Times Bestseller and I can see why! It is absolutely fascinating.
Can your thoughts ease physical pain?
Can the smell of lavender affect the immune system?
Can meditation fend off dementia?
Looking at the connection between our mind and our bodies, this book gives good arguments from both the scientific and holistic fields.
Next is Hunch by Bernadetta Jiwa.
This book is equally fascinating and from someone who listens to and trusts her instincts, this book cements my beliefs and has made me look at harnessing it for the greater good.
This book looks at trusting your instincts and gives guidance on how you can uncover insights that could lead to the next big thing!
